Payment:

For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as contactless payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted.

Security:

Your vehicle's security is our priority. We are proud to be recognised as one of London's most secure parking facilities. Our premises are monitored 24/7 by closed-circuit television (CCTV) and staffed around the clock by a minimum of two licensed security personnel.

Accessibility:

  • Opening Hours: Our facility is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Vehicle Restrictions: Please note that due to space constraints, we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as large vans (over 5.5 meters in length) or minibuses. The maximum vehicle height permitted is 3.4 meters. If you require parking for an oversized vehicle, we recommend the Coach Car Parks located on Doon Street, beneath Waterloo Bridge.

What happens if I arrive slightly earlier or later than my pre-booked parking session start time?

We understand traffic in London can be unpredictable, which is why we request that you arrive within 60 mins (before or after) your scheduled parking session is due to commence. Your chosen duration will commence from when you arrive. Please contact us if you are likely to arrive outside this time window.

Can I park my vehicle myself?

To protect your vehicle and others in addition to staff, your vehicle must be parked and retrieved from a parking bay by our qualified parking attendants.

Do you have disabled parking?

Our car park is suitable for disabled / wheelchair users, as our parking bays are accessible from street level via a short ramp, without any steps or stairs. 

Will my vehicle be parked onsite?

Yes, your vehicle will remain on our premises.

Do I have access to my vehicle to drop off / pick up belongings?

Yes you have access to your vehicle at all times. 

Do I need to pre-book my parking session?

While we welcome drive-up parking, availability may be limited during peak hours. To ensure a seamless parking experience and guarantee your space, we strongly recommend reserving your parking session in advance through our online booking system.

You can also pay for your parking upon exit at the attended booth. However, reserving online offers peace of mind and avoids potential delays during busy periods.

What happens if I overstay my pre-booked parking session?

You can pay for the additional time spent directly with the parking attendant, when exiting.

Do you have CCTV?

We have recorded CCTV cameras throughout the car park, this is closely monitored by our trained staff. 

When are your opening hours?

We are open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We never close.
