Cancellation Policy

VAT No. 363 1921 06 Our full address is 42 Shelton street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9HJ. (Entrance next door to Rokit Clothing Shop). Upon arrival at our car park, you will be greeted by one of our parking attendants who will park your vehicle for you. A ticket will be issued and handed to you. When you are ready to leave, please present this ticket to one of our team members and we will retrieve your vehicle for you momentarily. Electric Vehicle Charging We have 4 x 7KWh Electric vehicle charging stations available. The standard charing rate is £0.50 per KW (£3.50 per hour). Please advise the parking attendant (upon arrival) that you would like your vehicle charged whilst parked with us. Restrictions Our height restriction is 3.4 metres, which will accommodate all cars and standard - short wheel base vans (up to 5.5 metres long). Please note, we cannot accommodate Mid or Long wheel base vans, Mini Buses or larger. If you have one of these vehicles, please get in touch to see if we can assist. Cancellation policy Should you wish to cancel or amend your booking, this must be made in writing and emailed to info@urban-parking.com before your scheduled parking session is due to commence. A full refund will be credited to your account and take 1-3 days to process. A refund is not possible for any cancellations made after the parking session has commenced.
